What problems do guests have in their rooms, on the beach, in the restaurant and everywhere? Do they have problems with their TV, air-conditioning, noise, with food, drinks, and beverages? What kind of items do they forget to bring with them?

                                            

Work in pairs (one student is a complaining guest the other is trying to help him/her out). The students should find their topic of complaints from the reception, towel services, room services, beach, reservations, etc.
