It all depends on students' level of English. If they speak fluent English, we will teach them new words, pronunciation, grammar, writing, etc. Basically we will upgrade their language abilities. In the case their English is on a lower level, we will increase their confidence in their language skills and tech them new material, specially vocabulary and grammar. For absolute beginners, the very basis is introduced through our teachers, like: introductions, asking and telling the time, giving directions, describing simple set-ups, etc.

Our specialized programs are for your specially tasked staff. Receptionist, consigner, "fun staff", etc., will receive a different program more specialized to their task in the hotel industry.
